Permanent Is Better Than Temporary

Proverbs 11:30 (KJV)

[30] The fruit of the righteous is  a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise.

The Reward of The Righteous!

The reward being a Tree That Produces the Fruit is Better!

Fruit (alone) satisfies temporarily while The Tree produces (fruit) permanently!

And Wisdom Has It’s Own Reward!  “Winning Souls”  Winning… is the prize of Wisdom.

To Win Souls Is the Prize and or Reward to The Wise!

The true “Evidence” of Wisdom is not in wealth or possessions but rather those you have led to Christ!

A Great Prescription

Proverbs 16:6 (KJV)

[6] By mercy and truth iniquity is purged: and by the fear of the LORD men depart from evil.

This Pre-Calvary Prescription is Wisdom offered for those who desire the things of God!

• Mercy for our own sins

• Truth-that which is solidly proven and not philosophical

• Fear-to have the sense to separate yourself from a burning fire-(evil)

Why Keep Complaining About What We Ourselves Are Causing?

“Hurt me once, shame on you! Hurt me twice shame on me”

The Great Prescription is to do what prevents harm… Depart from evil.

Goals Worth Reaching For

Proverbs 15:24 (KJV)

[24] The way of life is above to the wise, that he may depart from hell beneath.

It is always better to set your long-term goal before setting the many short-term goals.

The first and foremost and longest goal will guide you in choosing the many shorter attainable goals. And know Your Destination Before You Take Your First Step!

• Reaching For Heaven Will Pull You Away From Hell Beneath.

The Plight of “Reoccurring Sin”

Romans 7:24 (KJV)

[24] O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death?

You Cannot Help Yourself!

Paul’s extreme cry and revelation of the prison he was held captive by!  THE BODY OF SIN…

One and only One Hope there is… “Jesus Christ“ Easier to see than to actually embrace my friend…

Only… and Only when one comes before Him in a one on one meeting!

You not only confront and confess Your Sin but accept the reality that there’s nothing, nothing you can do to Fix It….

With no excuses and no justifications you sincerely ask God….as one that has exhausted all other remedies, you with previously undiscovered and unrealized, uncontrollable passion Cry to Jesus….

“Help me…Because I can’t help myself! Deliver me from the body of this death…

When God Does What We Won’t!

Revelation 2:20-22 (KJV)

[20] Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because *thou sufferest{tolerate} that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.

[21] And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not.

[22] Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds.

*Tolerate:

The allowance of what is not approved, To endure, esp with patience or forebearance, to put up with

Better For Us To Clean Up and Repent Than For God To Bring Tribulation.

Clean your Heart and Home Out and then the church will be fine.

Does Anyone Care How God Feels?

Isaiah 53:6 (KJV)

[6] All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.

Requests in prayer are mostly for and about ourselves, and yet we forget to wonder… How Does God feels?

Today would you for a moment stop and wonder?

How Does God Feel:

• About all our broken promises?

• Our failed declarations of fidelity?

• The sins of our own family?

• The tolerance of insults to Him?

• This generation’s brash and bold display of abominations that shame it’s Creator?

• Infidelity and Self Discovery are championed above the supreme Laws of our Savior?

Today, just today please this one day make no personal requests just pray and mourn for the sins of our generation!

We’ve been misinformed it really isn’t all about Us… It’s About Him.

The Benefits of Mourning

Isaiah 61:3 (KJV)

[3] To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified.

So Many Want The Benefits Written Here… But Few Will Pay Their Price!

Mourning: the expression of deep sorrow both in spirit and outward dress… Not in Selfish ministrations but rather abhorrence toward the blatant violations of God’s desires for man.

God’s Reward For Mourning… beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness.
