Purpose Produces Vision

Proverbs 29:18 (KJV)

[18] Where there is no vision, the people perish:

*but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.

Vision does not produce Purpose! But Purpose will produce a Vision!

People Who Perish Have No Vision! Because There Is No Purpose in Their Life…

Happiness without direction is shallow and short lived!

*But when you have a Purpose Driven Vision… when emotions wear thin you have (contentment), knowing you’re still heading in the right direction!

Where Is Your Life Headed?

Is It Emotional Only or Do Have A Purpose That Produces True Vision?

HELP WANTED! from God

John 4:23 (KJV)

[23] But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for *(the Father seeketh such)

to worship him.

Amplified Version-

John 4:23 (AMP) [23] A time will come, however, indeed it is already here, when the true (genuine) worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth (reality); for - (the Father is seeking just such people) as these as His worshipers.

ANYBODY CAN PRAISE HIM!

BUT ONLY TRUE WORSHIPERS CAN “WORSHIP” HIM…

Ask yourself this question:

“If I we’re watching from above a typical (Worship Service) of 200-300 people singing etc. Could I pick out worshipers from spectators? And then which one would I be?”

*Praisers-are like Spectators, they voice they’re approval and pleasure at something they had nothing to do with…..

Whereas-

*Worshipers-are a complete different breed; They Involve themselves and participate…

Which Are You?

Timidity

Proverbs 29:25 (KJV)

[25] The fear of man bringeth a snare: but whoso putteth his trust in the LORD shall be safe.

Timidity - Inclined to fear or alarm, Lacking courage, Faint-hearted…

Timidity is a by product of the “fearing” of letting man down.  It’s a snare at best…

But To Put Your Trust In God Produces Confidence!

Boldness and Courage are not in who we are, but rather in who we Trust….GOD!

When Mercy Meets Truth!

Psalms 85:10 (KJV)

[10] Mercy and truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other.

An introduction (Mercy and Truth) that brings about eternal profitability…(Righteousness, and Peace)…

*The Result That’s Needed for A Powerful Relationship and Great Life - Righteousness (is doing what’s right) and Peace, Kiss! This dynamic Duo is priceless!

But it all starts with a chain reaction of Mercy and Truth meeting!

Truth-is the reality of all we have done. Meeting Mercy, that says, in spite of what you deserve, you are forgiven!

After this and only after this meeting of mercy and truth will a cavalcade of blessing be produced by doing what’s right, there will be Peace!

The Reality Behind Your Righteousness

Psalms 130:3 (KJV)

[3] If thou, LORD, shouldest mark iniquities, O Lord, who shall stand?

Your “Doing Right” should never be attacked, and yet we need to be careful that it does not cause Blindness when we look in the mirror.

Mercies or Blessings?

Lamentations 3:22-23 (KJV)

[22] ¶ It is of the LORD'S mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not.

[23] They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.

Weigh it out!   Which are more important?   Mercies or Blessings?

While We Desire Blessings We Actually Need Mercies…

Forgiveness is Greater than Obtaining!

Better to not have something Than to Be Unforgiven!

In the midst of this ever wicked world, we don’t need more things, but we certainly need to be praying for Mercy!

How Oft Have We Asked Where God Was?

When the most likely scenario is we’re hiding from God!
