Exposure Causes Influance…

The Chameleon Effect is when you unconsciously through (exposure) Adapt to Another’s Behavior…

As Humans we naturally gravitate without thought toward people like ourselves without deliberation…

This Can Be Dangerous If Not Fatal for Those Trying to Live For God!

That’s Why the Bible is Rife with Words Like -

⁃ Flee

⁃ Run

⁃ Escape

⁃ Come Out

Because if we are to be successful in Living for God

We Must Make a Conscience Effort in Who and What Influences Us…

Who You Hang With Will Affect You!

Not the other way around…

Time and Chance

Ecclesiastes 9:11

[11] I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favour to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all.

Getting It All Wrong…

We thought that-

⁃ The Race was to the Swift

⁃ The Battle to the Strong

⁃ The Bread(reward) to the Wise

⁃ The Riches to men of Understanding

⁃ The Favor to men of Skill

May I Offer Another Translation of the Same Scripture?

Ecclesiastes 9:11

[11] I have observed something else under the sun.

The fastest runner doesn't always win the race, and the strongest warrior doesn't always win the battle.

The wise sometimes go hungry, and the skillful are not necessarily wealthy.

And those who are educated don't always lead successful lives.

**It is all decided by chance, by being in the right place at the right time.

Just When You Think You Have Got It All Handled and You Still End Up Empty…

Remember It Is Still a “God Thing” not a (Man Thing)…

Without God- It’s a Gamble a Roll of the Dice…

Sorrow

2 Corinthians 7:10

10 For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.

⁃ Godly Sorrow

⁃ Worldly Sorrow

*Sorrow means Sadness…or Disappointment and Grief…

While this generation flees from sorrow at all costs-Through-

⁃ Drugs

⁃ Alchohol

⁃ Aphrodisiacs

⁃ Money

⁃ Fame

There is *Good sorrow and *Bad Sorrow…

When “Sorrow” Leads You to Repentance and Change in Your Life-

This is Good!

But When “Sorrow” Leads You to Depression and Alternative Drugs and Other Means this Will Lead You to (Death)

Worldly Sorrow Means You Can’t Have What You Want and Your Own Way…

This is Destructive ….

Destructive Sorrow addicts you to more and Endless destruction…

To (Medicate) and not Change What Causes the Sorrow-

The Devil says there is no way out-

but Jesus says “I Am the Way”

So To Really Flee (Destructive Sorrow) You “Must” Embrace

(Godly Sorrow)…

All Sorrow is Not Bad-

Only Worldly Sorrows…

Rewards of Sacrifice and Separation

2 corinthians 6:17-18

17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,

18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

To Belong to Such a Higher Relationship Seems Unbelievable!

When God Says He Will Be

“Your Father”

Then to Add That We will Become

“His” Sons and Daughters

Is a Reward That Cannot Be Measured!

Our Earthly Fathers are Limited and Often Fall Far Beneath Our Expectations and Needs…

But When the Heavenly Father Adopts You, it Comes With Rewards That Cannot Be Measured Both Heavenly and Earthly…

Don’t Count the Cost of Separating

Yourself from the Earthly-

It’s a Waste of Time!

2. Separate

3. Touch Not Unclean Things

The Reward Will Be-

“Out of This World”

Your Capacity to Possess is Limited

Ecclesiastes 5:11 (KJV)

11 When goods increase, they are increased that eat them: and what good is there to the owners thereof, saving the beholding of them with their eyes?

Ecclesiastes 5:11 (New Living Translation)

11 The more you have, the more people come to help you spend it. So what good is wealth–except perhaps to watch it slip through your fingers!

⁃ You can only drink so much

⁃ You can only eat so much

⁃ You can only wear one pair of shoes at a time

⁃ You can only sleep in one bed at a time

Everything Extra Will Be Wasted or Others Will Help You Spend It…

The Rest Will Eventually Slip Through Your Hands…

You Can’t Take It With You After You Die…

Only Enlightened People Understand This…

3 For a dream cometh through the multitude of business; and a fool's voice is known by multitude of words.

This Generation Has Placed a Premium on “Dreams”

All Wealth and Potential are Surrounded by The Promotion of Dreams

Without Realizing They Are Just the Results of A lot of Activity…

The Bible Places Dreams Along Side of the Fool’s Multitude of Words…

Not Surprising Since the Plot of Satan is to Distract Us from Being Productive in Christ and Leave Us Mindlessly Chasing Rainbows…

Faith in God’s Promises are More Valuable than Our Dreams…

When We Have Faith in His Promises Then Dreams Are No Longer Needed…

Don’t Be a Dreamer-

Be a Believer…

In the End You Will Obtain Things Beyond Anything You Can Dream!

Everything Comes at a Cost

Ecclesiastes 4:6

[6] Better is an handful with quietness, than both the hands full with travail and vexation of spirit.

Better Comes at a Loss…

Whereas Travail and Vexation are the Results of “Having Full Hands”

The Simple Have Little, Just a Handful not a Barn-Full…

But They Have Less to Worry About!

A man with just one bicycle

Has far less to Maintain-

Than the man with a car….

Multiply the Possessions

Multiply the Maintenance…

To whom much is given, much is required…
