After Better Than Now

Isaiah 57:21

21 There is no peace, saith my God, to the wicked.

There are Pleasures in wickedness

There are Enjoyments in wickedness

There are Satisfactions in wickedness

There are Prizes in wickedness

But All these Benefits are Temporal and only Provide Immediate Sensations… NOW

But the Wicked have No “PEACE…”

Peace is what lasts after the Storm

Peace is the Medicine for the Soul

Peace Comes from God…

Wickedness is Temporary and Only Satisfies “Right Now”

Wickedness May Bring-

⁃ Pleasures

⁃ Enjoyments

⁃ Satisfactions

⁃ Prizes

But It is No Equal to “Peace” that passes all understanding…

No Matter All the Others, Without “Peace” You Will Be One Miserable Creature!

You See “Peace” Comes… After

⁃ After You Obey

⁃ After You Deny Yourself

⁃ After You Submit

AFTER IS BETTER THAN “NOW”

Freedom Questioned

Galatians 5:1

1 Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.

Freedom defined is liberty from bondage or slavery…

⁃ Freedom is not doing what you desire

⁃ Freedom is not when restraints have all been removed

⁃ Freedom is not not having walls

⁃ Freedom is not removing the plane from underneath you without a secondary restraint

1. Structure holds the building up

2. Perimeters create form

3. Boundaries provide privacy

4. Censorship prevents anarchy

FREEDOM SHOULD NEVER BE DEFINED BY MEN OF INTELLECT AND PHILOSOPHY…

Freedom should only be by God and his word….

Individuals

Families

Churches

Will Only Survive on the Creator’s Prescription…

Man is Not Healed by Medicine Alone

Psalms 107:20

20 He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.

An Apple a Day keeps the doctor away-

was the old saying of bygone years…

From then until now we have mightily progressed to become the slaves of not the (apple) growers but of the pharmaceutical giants!

If not them, than every other Guru of Wit and Wisdom Self Help sellers and psychologists on AI and the Web…

But when it is all said and done-

People are still hurting, sad and depressed and sick both in body and in mind… Nothing has changed other than an Increase, every year…

But God Sends his Word…

You don’t have to be injected or swallow orally-

You Just Have to Listen and Obey…

It will cost you nothing but your Will…

Remember He is the Great Physician….

Real Love

1 John 4:10

10 Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.

Real Love is not (You Loving God)

Rather it is His Love for You…

You Say, I Love God…But Does He Love You?

Very few people, if any, can Love (Unconditionally Unending…)

We as humans seem to be always changing our minds because we are affected by circumstances.

But God, is not affected by anything!

So the Greatness of (Real Love) is in that “He Loves Us…”

We Join In and become greater within that Greatness when we can Truly Embrace His Love…

Herein is Love-not that we loved God-

But…

Embrace This…

Ecclesiastes 10:7

[7] I have seen servants upon horses, and princes walking as servants upon the earth.

*(Incompetence)  a noun

inability to do something successfully; ineptitude:

To be (Promoted) Beyond Your Competence is Not Only a Tragedy to You, But Also a Tragedy to Those Under You…

When Unqualified People are Promoted to Qualified

(Servants on Horses) and (Princes walking as Servants)

This Scripture is not about all men are equal as it is about a World when the (Unqualified) are Promoted…

When a Country or an Organization is Run in this Manner-

It is Shameful and Embarrassing…

And Not Only That But- EVIL… A GREAT EVIL

When Parents Empower Children, to Make Decisions

When Students Teach the Teachers

When the Apprentice, Schools the Master

When the Hired Help Commands the Boss

When This Happens, It Is a Sign of Moral Decay and Collapse…

Too Many Chiefs and No Indians…

There Is a Way Out

Isaiah 11:16

[16] And there shall be (a highway) for the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria; like as it was to Israel in the day that he came up out of the land of Egypt.

God always makes a way out.

⁃ God is a Way Maker.

⁃ God makes paths straight.

⁃ God removes mountains.

⁃ God brings down walls.

⁃ God opens doors.

The devil shuts doors, hinders progress, confines you in a prison, and blinds you with darkness.

There shall be (a highway) for God’s people.

The devil provides traps, but God provides Escape.

When the devil says there’s no way out and no hope, remember God will see you through and a way out!

Start Looking for the Highway not the Exit…

For it was not an enemy that (reproached) me; then I could have borne it: neither was it he that hated me that did magnify himself against me; then I would have hid myself from him:

Reproached- Critical and Criticism

Often we take for granted that those we love will understand and yet constantly, they do not!

The greatest pain doesn’t come from our enemies because we expect no quarter or understanding from them.

But so often we mistakenly assume our friends and family will understand…

Pain from an aggressive enemy we can compute

But oh what a surprise when it comes from someone we love…

Dealing with the Unexpected Betrayals from Our Inner Circle Hurts…

Child You’re Not Alone-Jesus Not Only Was Betrayed by His Own People, But Those He Loved Cursed, Lied, and Ran Away…

His Final Words as the Spirit of Life Departed His Mortal Body Was,

“Why hast thou forsaken me?”

It’s not so much (What) happens as it is (Who)…
